Planet Hollywood's "Homefront" world premiere welcomes cast

A bevy of young, hot Hollywood will once again be doing the walk of fame on the red carpet at Planet Hollywood Resort for the world premiere of “Homefront” on Wednesday, Nov. 20. With a screenplay by Sylvester Stallone and a sizzling, freakishly good looking cast consisting of action hunk Jason Statham, James Franco, Kate Bosworth and Winona Ryder—all of whom are attending the Las Vegas event—the thrilling ride will be just what the doctor ordered for a pre or post-turkey coma, as it opens in theaters Wednesday, Nov. 27.

With a sprawling red carpet set up on Planet Hollywood’s Mezzanine near the Peepshow Theater, “Homefront” supporting cast Frank Grillo and Izabel Vidovic, and the flick’s director Gary Fleder are also attending the flashy premiere, along with Las Vegas entertainers Véronic DiCaire of “Véronic Voices” at Bally’s, Jaymes and James of  Rio’s “Chippendales,” “Jubilee!” showgirls, Holly Madison and Nelson Piquet Jr.

The heart-pounding movie follows a young daughter and her ex-DEA father whose quiet new life in a small town is disrupted when they’re targeted by a domineering gang of local drug traffickers, led by Franco.
